All sales made through TayWavy LLC are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once a purchase has been completed.

No Refunds or Exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted once the sale is final.
  • All purchases are considered final at the time of payment.

Exceptions 

We may review issues on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Any such claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt and supported by proof (e.g., photos, order details). We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
